ROY1919® Scouring Machine decrease the negative impact for enviroment and to the consumption of water, steam, and electric, under name of “Clean Production Technology” which is produced and designed by KIRAY Engineers.
The stenter front washing system, with a separate tank and independent nozzle structure, is an effective and efficient machine for removing oil and foreign substances from fabric.
Suitable oil-removing chemicals are used to enable the oils on the fabric to transition into the liquid phase.

During washing, it takes the dissolved oil and paraffins out from the water by rotaring disc.
The output module with a shaking and J-box system offers the option to operate either synchronously with the stenter or independently when needed.
The ROY 1919 structure ensures effective and continuous washing with a total of 528 nozzles.
With its patented Turbo filter design, the closed system recycles the washing water for repeated use.
